The focus is on delicacies from beef, which our trained chefs prepare fresh for you on our restaurant highlight, the 800°C grill. The meat not only comes from our family-owned cattle breeding but is also subjected to a special drying process in our in-house dry aging facilities before our chefs heat things up for the meat – and your taste buds.
