Welcome to the In°s Kabinett wine bar, where wine and enjoyment take centre stage. The concept focuses on an exquisite selection of wines, with the Moselle region, known for its outstanding Rieslings, taking centre stage. At the same time, you will also be offered a wide range of national and international wines that will appeal to both connoisseurs and curious connoisseurs. You can either enjoy the wines in the bar or take them home with you at winery prices. Alexander Gross, the sommelier, will be happy to advise you.
 
The open wines change regularly, so you can always try eight to ten different wines by the glass. To round off the wine experience perfectly, snacks are served to go with the wine. The selection includes olives with truffle cheese cubes, 5 different types of cheese and a ham and salami platter. Café variations and pastries from the patisserie are also on offer.
