The Laurentiusbad in Daun is an inviting oasis for swimmers and those seeking relaxation. With a water temperature of 28°C, it offers ideal conditions for a relaxed swimming experience.
The pool is well equipped: The swimmer's area stretches over 10.00m x 15.00m x 1.80m, while the non-swimmer's area measures a generous 10.00m x 10.00m x 0.55m - 1.25m (with lifting floor). Jumping frames and various access points, including ladders and a staircase with railings, provide easy access to the water. There are 4 loungers available for those seeking peace and quiet.
The depth of the water can be adjusted as required, with a standard raised floor that is 1.00m deep but can be flexibly lowered to 1.25m.
Access to the pool is via an automatic pay station with access control, allowing visitors to enter smoothly. Cloakroom lockers are available, each equipped with a deposit lock. Please note that the automatic pay station stops issuing tickets 45 minutes before closing time. Bathing time ends 15 minutes before the pool closes.
Particularly noteworthy is the accessibility of the Laurentiusbad, which is equipped with a mobile lift to make it easier for people with disabilities to access the water.
In addition, there are sufficient parking spaces in the market square in the immediate vicinity, but these are subject to a charge and have a limited parking duration. Please avoid parking in the inner courtyard of the Laurentiusbad and in the access road to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
