Founded over a hundred years ago as a typical arable farm with livestock farming, the Litzbachhof switched to fruit growing in the Eifel region in the 1990s.
Today, the fourth-generation family business grows apples and sour cherries as well as the local superfruits chokeberries and elderberries. The cultivation is carried out according to strict organic farming guidelines (Demeter).
This results in high-quality natural products such as direct juices in the varieties elderberry, chokeberry, apple and apple-cherry as well as delicacies in the form of fruit spreads, syrups and sparkling secco.
Bringing agriculture into harmony with nature is what characterises the Litzbachhof: Responsible use of natural resources is a top priority.
