- There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm; distance to the entrance approx. 10 m).
- The path from the car park to the entrance is easy to walk and drive on (with max. 6.5 % gradient over 3 m length).
- Access to the building is stepless via the main entrance (door threshold 1 cm). The side entrance can be reached via a 3 m long ramp with 7 % gradient and a width of 138 cm.
- All rooms that can be used and raised by the guest are accessible at ground level.
- All passageways/doors are at least 90 cm wide.
- The height of the counter/tourist information counter is 77 cm high at the lowest point.
- The exhibits in the exhibition are mainly visible when standing and sitting.

Public toilet for people with disabilities
- The manoeuvring spaces are as follows:
to the left of the toilet 106 cm x 70 cm, on the right the toilet is not accessible;
in front of the toilet, washbasin and door at least 120 cm x 150 cm. - There are handles which can be folded up on both sides of the toilet.
- The washbasin is wheelchair accessible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- An alarm trigger (cord) is present.
