Neidenbacher Dorfladen
Neidenbach
The whole village is behind the shop. Since the end of 2019, Karin Müller has been running the village shop with entrepreneurial responsibility - supported by four employees. The first customers are already in the shop between 5 and 6 a.m. - even before Karin Müller officially opens the shop. They stock up on freshly-made rolls for the working day. And then it continues all of a sudden: senior citizens who do their daily shopping and have a quick chat. Children who come to pick up an ice cream. Hikers and cyclists, who come for refreshment during a stopover. And all those who are happy not to have to drive 15 km to the next supermarket for missing little things. After all, in the village shop you can get everything for your daily needs: from fresh produce from the baker's or butcher's counter to toothpaste and the TV magazine. And if a wish isn't in stock, the thoroughbred shopkeeper gets it during her lunch break: "Yesterday I organized batteries for a customer's hearing aid". In the Neidenbach village shop you can still hear Aunt Emma's heart beating strongly.
