On the hike through the Mai- and Brandenbusch at approx. kilometre 1.5 you will find experience point no. 3 - a scene of gruesome violent crimes.
Another two gruesome murders of priests took place near this point, in the "Wingertstälchen", in the years 1673 and 1755.
It is curious that priests of all people were the victims of greedy and quarrelsome perpetrators. However, they will have nothing to fear today. A peaceful residential area has now developed here without further incidents! Now walk a little way along the road.
On your hike "Witches, Hangmen & Scoundrels", experience point 3 is the "Priest Murder".
