On a sightseeing flight in a glider, you can soar over the wooded hilly landscapes of the Islek, the fertile farmland of the Bitburger Gutland, over the maars typical of the volcanic Eifel and over the Moselle valley with its vineyards. A detour to our neighbours in Luxembourg and Belgium is also included. Numerous sights are waiting to be discovered from a bird's eye view! During the flight in a glider, all you can hear is the sound of the air.

The Utscheid gliding club offers sightseeing flights from the gliding airfield of varying durations in gliders and motorised gliders; the flight route can be agreed with the pilot.

Tip: The "Fliegerklause" is also open to non-flyers on Saturdays from 1 pm and Sundays from 10 am during the season. Here you can watch the planes take off and land while enjoying a drink. (For safety reasons, please contact the gliding club directly for current opening times).
