Jundel´s Ferienwohnung

General:

The three-room apartment is located in the 2nd row (30 m - street) on the first floor of a two-family house. The house was built by the owner in 2004 and was occupied by family members until the end of 2022. The first floor apartment was renovated in spring 2023 and is now offered as a vacation apartment.

The apartment:

Family-friendly and modern furnished 75 m² non-smoking apartment with living/dining room, separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large bathroom, storage/ pantry, garden furniture in the driveway with a small green area and a parking space for two cars next to the house.

Furnishings:

The apartment is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. In the living room you will find a cozy corner sofa (also suitable for sleeping) with matching coffee table and a wall unit, satellite TV with HDMI connection, stereo system with radio, games and books are also there. The adjoining dining area is equipped with an extendable dining table for 6-8 chairs. The kitchen, in which you will find a stove with ceramic hob, convection oven, Tchibo capsule machine, refrigerator, kettle and basic cooking equipment.

The living room faces south. In the driveway you will find a garden table with seating.

The two bedrooms face northwest and northeast. Here you will find a double bed and a single bed with new slatted frames and cold foam mattresses (sizes: 2.00 x 1.80 m and 2.00 x 1.00 m respectively) as well as wardrobes and chests of drawers.
