Welcome in our Ring-Race-flats near to the Nürburgring as well as centre of Adenau. These stylish, self-catering apartments feature a bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen area incl. Senseo-coffee machine and electric kettle. All rooms include a flat-screen TV. The standard apartments have an the outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities. The luxury apartment has a balcony. All are equipped with patio furniture.
Free private parking is possible on site (private dead end road, please note - limited turning possibility for vans/trailers!).
Bed lining, towels, soap, toilet paper are included. You also find free Senseo-coffepads, some sugar, milk, salt and pepper, as well as a bottle of mineral water. The final cleaning is also included.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment.
For visiting the famous Nuerburgring or the beautiful Eifel, Adenau and its excellent infrastructure is the perfect starting point.

Conditions
There are 3 self-catering apartments available, each accommodating up to 3 people. Children aged 12 and older are welcome.
Prices are per night (for special events, please inquire for prices):
Standard apartments: Mon-Thu €95, Fri-Sun from €110
Luxury apartment: Mon-Thu €120, Fri-Sun from €145
Conditions and Booking
Check-in from 2 PM to 8 PM or by arrangement. Check-out by 11 AM.
Pets are not allowed, and parties, bachelor parties, etc. are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 6 AM.
Bookings via email or phone. A deposit of 30% of the overnight price is due upon booking. Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before arrival; thereafter and in case of no-show, a fee of 30% applies.
