On Sunday, 29 September 2024, 100 singers will raise their voices for human dignity at 5 pm in the parish church of St. Bernhard in Wittlich. This year, the ecumenical choir project St. Bernhard in Wittlich ‘beziehungsWeise’ tells the stirring story of the youngest Nobel Peace Prize winner and children's rights activist Malala Yousafzai. Under the heading ‘EIN.MAL.ICH’, it is about the uniqueness, value and dignity of all people, especially the youngest members of society. The joint project of the Protestant church district of Simmern-Trarbach, the pastoral areas of Wittlich and Hermeskeil, the Trier Youth Centre and the Trier Youth Church will donate the collection to the Bolivia partnership of the Diocese of Trier in the spirit of Malala: ‘One child, one teacher, one pen and one book can change the world!’
