All of Mayen is enchanted! A scary and beautiful event for the whole family.

On Saturday, October 25, 2025, the popular festival of magicians and witches will once again take place in the Eifel town of Mayen. From 10 am to 4 pm, the city center and the museums in the Genovevaburg will be transformed into a spooky spectacle. Once again this year, youngsters can train to become a real magician or witch, at various stations in downtown Mayen. Creepy readings on the golo tower and in the public library as well as mystical magic shows will be offered. Of course, the traditional pumpkin carving will take place again this year in Brückenstraße. Mysterious jugglers and magicians will demonstrate their skills and enchant the visitors. The crowning glory of the day will be the awarding of the spookiest costume on the market square.
