Klassiker auf dem Vulkan: Gregor Meyle & Band
Jul 5, 2025
Daun-Gemünden
SUMMER CONCERTS 2025 ‘Dreams come and go and stay, like waves on the sea. Sometimes they become reality, but it's often hard to believe in them.’ Hardly any other line of text describes the career of singer-songwriter Gregor Meyle better than these opening words to his song ‘Warum sich träumen lohnt’ from what is now his 7th studio album entitled ‘INDIVIDUALITÄT’. The charming musician with guitar, glasses and hat makes it clear once again with this album that he has come to stay. Even if his fans had to wait a little longer this time. He will be taking the songs from the brand new album on tour this summer. When Gregor Meyle and his band of Champions League musicians take to the stage, the spark is immediately ignited. The audience can feel the genuine joy with which all the musicians are involved. This enthusiasm sweeps everyone in the audience away. No wonder, because they play handmade music for over two hours with palpable passion. No special effects necessary. Anyone who has ever been there knows that there is optimism, good humour and genuine intimacy, no matter how small or large the setting of the event may be. Once you've been there, you'll keep coming back: No one is like Gregor Meyle.
About Gregor Meyle:
Many people have only known Gregor Meyle since the first season of ‘Sing meinen Song-Das Tauschkonzert’, but he has earned his loyal fan base through hundreds of live performances in clubs, town halls and on large open-air stages. He also made it to the final show as a dragon on ‘The Masked Singer’. He receives gold awards for his studio albums ‘New York-Stintino’ and ‘Meile für Meyle’ on his own label Meyle music. With ‘Meylensteine’, he is given his own successful TV programme on Vox and now has more than a quarter of a million enthusiastic concertgoers, an Echo and a German Television Award to his name. This is followed by another evening programme of his own, ‘Playlist of my Life’, and most recently he hosts the new ARD show ‘Your Songs’ together with Jeanette Biedermann, in which he has already been allowed to kiss Robbie Williams and in2023 welcomes his former band members Take That and Ronan Keating.
