Our Christmas market is located in the idyllic town center, below the castle. The entire Christmas market is atmospherically illuminated. As a highlight, selected objects are illuminated by special LED spotlights. The musical entertainment provided by a local choir and music society adds to the flair.
The grand finale is provided by a special musical guest.

Even St. Nicholas doesn't miss the opportunity to visit us “every year again” and bring a smile to the children's faces. Regional and national exhibitors offer a wide range of Christmas decorations, gifts, spices, cheese specialties and much more.

If you are feeling peckish, there will be plenty of sweet and savory food on offer. Sustainable reusable tableware is used for this. Mulled wine is also served in deposit cups specially purchased for this market.

The market takes place every 2 years on the first Sunday of Advent - this year on 01.12.2024 from 11:00 to 18:00 with a cozy end afterwards.

Kindererlebnisprogramm "Steinzeitjäger" im Gerolsteiner Land

We want to follow in the footsteps of these stone age people, visit their cave together and try to fathom the life of these first "Gerolsteiner". The program is suitable for children aged approx. 6 - 13 years accompanied by an adult.
